Underground Mining Loader

ZONGDA Underground Mining Loaders are developed with the international standards, adopt foreign advanced technology, according to the actual situation of mines at home and abroad, combined with the practical experience of many years production of LHD. It is mainly used for Load Haul and Dump of underground mines for the loose material loading to transport after blasting, can also be used in railway, highway and water conservancy tunnel engineering, especially suitable for the job in bad conditions. The job site is narrow, muddy and low working face situations.

ZDWJ-1 is a small underground mining loader for 2.5 x 2.5 m mine tunnels. It uses lateral driving and operation. The cab is spacious, with a wide view and comfortable operation.

The whole machine adopts the central hinged and slewing bearing type body swing structure, which has better stability and passing ability.

The transmission system uses a hydrostatic transmission system (pump &motor) for continuously variable speed.

The Diesel LHD is capacity of 2 tons. It’s driven by DEUTZ Engine BF4L914, improves productivity and underground tunnel, and reduces the pollution efficiently.

Characteristics

◆ The LHD is designed to swing the frame after the slewing ring is connected, which greatly reduces the failure rate.

◆ The traveling system adopts full hydraulic control operation, which makes the traveling system of loader more agile, effectively reduces the failure rate and improves the working efficiency.

◆ The working system adopts the pilot hydraulic control system, which makes the operation simpler and the working system more efficient.

◆ For parking brake, the transmission gearbox with brake friction plate brake, spring brake and hydraulic released contact brake are used to make the parking brake safe and reliable.

◆ The bucket adopts the latest V-shape structure of the international underground mining loader, which reduces the resistance of scooping.
